I've been calling customer support for 5 days, but so far I haven't answered anything clear: neither the reason for the lack of Internet, nor when the troubleshooting work will be carried out. As a result, at least 1/3 of the month will be without Internet, and this is still not the limit. This is the first time in my life that I've encountered such an attitude. It's just awful.
