We lived 10-14.11.25. An atmospheric family hotel with a history - the Parajanov house. The rooms are clean and cozy with comfortable mattresses. Heating is running, hot water is always available. There are good views from the windows: to the city or to the alley. Quietly. Delicious, plentiful, fresh breakfasts. Manana/ the hostess is warm and welcoming. You come to visit where you are welcome!

A super hotel. The room is great, spacious, the location is on a quiet street, but it's not so easy to get there by car. The view from the window is gorgeous on Tbilisi. Breakfasts are a separate thrill, it's worth stopping here for them.

A cozy family-run hotel with a history in the very center of Tbilisi. The building itself is located in the historical center of the city, on ornate atmospheric streets. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot from Rustaveli Avenue and Freedom Square. The building itself is very atmospheric, beautifully decorated with antique furniture inside. The owners are very proud of the history of the house and cherish the heritage - it used to belong to director Sergei Parajaninov. There are about 6 or 7 rooms, so the atmosphere is homely. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is nice. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a cozy balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfasts are included in the price, they are very plentiful, hearty, everything is delicious at home. Many thanks to Manana for her efforts!! A good hotel to stay here for a few days!
