I bought a printer cartridge from them (not for the first time already!) for work. I came to work tomorrow, unpacked it, put it in the printer, and it printed out a completely black sheet. I called them, they said bring it, let's see. I brought it, the master looked at it and said that I broke it while unpacking, I was also surprised how it was possible to break it like that. It would be fine if I was unpacking for the first time. But I bought it more than once. If it had suddenly turned out to be broken, I would have come and asked if it could be repaired. In general, I was accused of breaking it myself. I'm a small, fragile girl. I don't recommend contacting them.

We contacted this service center due to printer failure. In just a few hours, everything was fixed and a 1-month job guarantee was given. After a month and a week, the printer starts printing with exactly the same defects. We contacted the service center to resolve this issue. The answer was that the warranty had passed and we couldn't help you in any way. Be glad that it didn't fail after 2 weeks!!! During the repair, no one warned that these repairs would be enough for 2 weeks of use. As a result, the problem with the printer remained, and the money was lost. I do not recommend this service center from the word at all.
