I like it, they made a really cozy and pleasant center out of the former parking lot. But, there is often no electricity, the person in charge finishes work early, and the security cannot connect. That is, if you rent a room and work until 20 o'clock, be prepared that you can remain without electricity at 18 o'clock and nothing will change - let's go home!

I only visit one floor in this building. 5th. Professional development courses are held there. According to the building: there are elevators and everything is working, there is a coffee machine at the entrance, there is parking, but I think it is difficult to get to it during working hours, arrange in advance with the organization you are going to open parking under the barriers. The toilets are clean, there is always paper and soap. By the way, if you're passing by and you feel like it, then you can safely go in.
