An advertisement for the sale of an apartment on Knorina Street was posted on the real estate website, the agent was an employee of Odo Kohinur. For our part, we also worked with our agent, through whom we asked to arrange a viewing of the apartment. Our agent informed us that the apartment would be shown on Sunday from 18.00, at that time there was already a screening and agent Odo Kuhinur suggested the time of 18.15. The meeting was scheduled and arranged. On the day of the show, arriving at the place in advance at 6 p.m. and meeting our agent, we learned from her that the apartment had been shown since 3 p.m. and had already been successfully sold. Our agent and we were shocked, to put it mildly, as no one called and warned - "sorry, the show is canceled, the apartment has already been bought." We do not recommend contacting or doing any business with this agency. Odo Kohinur, the agent of this transaction, was extremely unprofessional in his field - Nina, unfortunately, did not provide her last name.
