I am currently staying at the hotel. The suite was booked 2 months ago. Upon arrival on July 4, the receptionist said that the room was occupied and provided me with a tiny room without a refrigerator, kettle, no drinking water, no dishes (glasses, cups), with 2 small beds - a clean Shovel of poor quality. There's an old soap in the bathroom, green water instead of hand-washing gel. The room is on the 2nd floor and the water stops flowing when the shower head rises above the waist. It's 42 degrees outside (on the question of the refrigerator) . They promised to move in on July 5 (today). When asked when I would be able to occupy my Suite, which I had booked 2 months ago, I was told that the blogger who had been given my room had decided to stay for another 1 day, and this was the management's decision. I wrote to the hotel management - they just ignore my presence, the SMS was not read. I am a paraglider pilot and after a day of flying I need a full rest, which is impossible in the provided cubicle. The trash has not been taken out. There is no concept of silence after 23:00. Until 3 a.m., the local population hangs out under the windows with cars, songs and small children! who scream and scream at the top of their voices, even though they should be asleep at 22:00. Beautiful views, a wonderful lake and a cheap Soviet holiday home with new owners who have no concept of customer orientation and consumer rights in principle. There is no one to turn to. If you are used to a normal comfortable rest, it is not here.

A comfortable hotel for travelers. Polite staff. Breakfast outside on the beautiful veranda or on the playground under the trees. It's a long way to the water.

White bed linen. Air conditioning in the room. There is a swimming pool on site. The lake is 2 minutes away. Awesome view from the window!!!
