They often mess up when serving coffee here, however, the point is very conveniently located for me, and I have given it another chance several times. But today was the LAST STRAW. In general, the barista constantly has to be reminded that the cappuccino should be comfortable in temperature, not scalding. Moreover, today the barista did not drain the water from the group, before inserting the coffee holder, did not immediately turn on the drain, did not clean the steamer before heating the milk. Naturally, all this affected the taste of the coffee. It was both bitter and sour at the same time. And at the exit, there wasn't much time for the drink either: 1.5-2 centimeters were missing from the top. Please give your barista an educational course and teach them how to make proper coffee.

I was served by a girl who didn't even notice right away, she was on the phone, but most of all I was outraged, there was a huge minus that I want to highlight, there was no change, it wasn't even from 50p that I needed change, but from 20p there was no change, when the order was for 16p, I had to get out and take what the barista had enough change for.
