Location, - better not. Avlabari metro station is a 5-minute walk away, there are also several exchangers, a Carrefour store. There are restaurants, bakery, souvenir shops near the hotel. Gorgasali Square is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel consists of two buildings located opposite each other. In building A there is a reception, in building B there is a restaurant. The staff mostly speaks Russian. We lived in building B, it seemed to me that it was more comfortable to live there, more comfortable and more space than in Building A. The rooms are spacious, there are a lot of rooms with two beds. There is a safe, a kettle, cups, glasses, a small refrigerator, slippers, disposable toothbrushes with paste, shower caps. The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel/shampoo 2in1. The TV is large, there are enough outlets, and in general everything is thought out in the room, the renovation is fresh. Wi-Fi was good even in our basement. They put 2 bottles of water in the room, towels are changed every day. There are warm blankets in the room. The iron and ironing board were brought directly to the room upon request. Breakfasts on the 5th floor, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, views of the city - just a fire! The breakfasts are not bad, coffee is one of the disadvantages. Not only does the coffee machine drain half a cup of it, but it also tastes disgusting. Breakfast is from 8 to 11, the majority comes by 8:00, because then you go on excursions, so you can't find a place, especially when it rains, and you can't sit on the terrace. The terrace doesn't seem to be closed, and you can climb it in the evening. We lived on the ground floor of building B, rooms 106, 107 and 108 have one "patio" for 3 rooms, with tables and chairs, very cozy for the summer. Although the view of the city would be better) And now about the cons: the hotel is not very suitable for such an off-season with temperatures up to +20 and rains, especially the rooms on the ground floor. It was very cold and humid, things didn't dry, and what wasn't washed was wet by itself. The air conditioner does not work for heating, only for cooling. There are no heated towel rails in the rooms. I don't know how the hotel heats up in winter, there are no batteries there, except in the walls. I had to ask for a heater at the reception, they give it very reluctantly. The safe in the room didn't work - not the first time, but it was repaired. The closet door was stuck, so no one came to repair it. I set it to 4, although if I had been in dry, warm weather, I would have set it to 5. The cold and humidity greatly spoiled the attitude towards the hotel.

We stayed from 22.04 to 27.04. Overall, we liked it. One of the advantages: The perfect location; Good-quality room (wooden furniture, large tiles, multiple lighting, stylish interior, etc.); Daily high-quality cleaning (special thanks: faucets, plumbing, towels, bed linen, shower accessories, slippers, drinking water, etc.); Very tasty and voluminous breakfasts; The most magnificent view of the city at breakfast; Private terrace from the room (the room is on the minus ground floor). Of the cons: It's cold (the room is on the minus first floor); The door in the closet was not working; The air conditioner didn't seem to be working (to keep warm); The coffee machine was not working properly at breakfast.
