I ordered cranberry and blueberry seedlings from the Dumpling Nursery 3 times this year (2025). Each time, the packaging for shipment gets worse and worse, and the number of damaged plants gets more and more, and the seedlings themselves get smaller and smaller (in size). I can write the order numbers, but they can block you for this (personal data, etc...). The last order was received on 05/28/25 at SDEK (Moscow) for 7700 rubles. The box was only 10 cm thick, all the lingonberry seedlings were pressed at 90 degrees, and there was practically no gap between the pots and the box. Several creases, torn branches, etc. Blueberries were generally placed on their side with plants resting on the walls of lingonberry pots so that the blueberry seedlings were bent and pressed with effort (part of the earth spilled out). I'm attaching a photo. The reaction of the Dumpling Nursery employee in the WhatsApp chat is especially unpleasant – I write about the bad packaging with photos, and in response, the box height inside is 15 cm, last time it was 20. In the photo, the box is 9-10 cm. The answer is "I made it smaller especially for you." This is such a "customer orientation". For some reason, the moderators delete the photo with the box and the tape measure, which shows the actual height of the box.

I ordered it from afar for the first time. The package arrived a week in advance. The seedlings are strong and healthy. The packaging is good. The prices (despite the decently high shipping cost) are excellent! - I recommend the nursery. They are very attentive and polite to the customer. Photos of unpacked plants only.

I was very disappointed in this nursery.The seedlings were sent disgusting!The size of the pots exceeds the size of the roots by 5p, or even more (for lingonberries), which increases the shipping price accordingly.I haven't checked the rhododendrons yet.The earth in the pots is not fixed. Sending a mess of earth with seedlings!You can forget about matching the variety.

The nursery's attitude towards its customers has deteriorated significantly.I used to take good seedlings, even if they didn't always arrive in one piece, but it was clear that this was a two-year-old seedling.I received another package yesterday, I don't like to write bad reviews, but I couldn't resist.Instead of the ordered two-year-old blueberry seedlings, 4 two-year-olds came from 9 pieces, the rest can hardly be called annual seedlings, 5-6 cm high, one or two twigs, two hemp were laid initially, seeing that they were being laid.The seedlings are not fixed, not laid, the film and bags are not put on the pots, as a result, the peat came separately, the pots separately, the seedling separately, the root is very weak, the branches are broken.I wrote to the representative of my indignation with the photo.The answer was even without apologies - our seedlings have good roots, they will grow. I ordered seedlings, 2 years old, not one-year-old roots!!! After such a package, of course, I will not recommend the dumpling nursery to anyone, and I will not order any more either.Although the assortment is good, but the attitude towards seedlings and customers is terrible.The package cost about 10,000 rubles with shipping.Outright trash has arrived.This way you will lose all your customers, and the competition is great now, it's worth thinking about!

We bought strawberry seedlings, we don't understand much about it, she explained everything about care, fertilizing, fruiting. The prices are affordable, if she has a strawberry bush worth 2 rubles, then resale is sold in Minsk for 4, or even more, rubles.
