Level 9 Local Expert

We have been to Kiwi many times with our dog for various requests. We have had checkups, visited a dermatologist, had blood tests for rabies titers, vaccinations and a health certificate for the flight. The visit really does happen at the appointed time, there are no long lines. The prescribed treatment has always helped. The staff is very pet-friendly, all checkups were done without putting pressure on the dog, very softly and gently.

Seems like people here just don't like their job and animals in general. In order to make an appointment you wait HOURS for support to answer your message in dm. Why don't they have a proper service?? The doctors are rude, and don't like to examine problems thoroughly and properly. They usually just scratch the surface and call it a day.

They came for the first time in November 2024 with an elderly special dog named Tima, and two surgeries were scheduled Absolutely fantastic work was done by Denis, 8 teeth were removed in November and in January everything else that was needed was maximum attention to Timosha's age, health and difficult character, incredible professionalism, care, delicacy This year was just Timosha's new life, literally a breath of fresh air. It's been a long time since I've seen him so interested and happy on walks, and at the age of 14, it's especially valuable! There is definitely a big risk, I was warned and all the manipulations were discussed in detail, of course, it was worth it! We are eternally grateful to Denis and the anesthesiologists for such kind attitude and professionalism! Timosha waves his tail and eats greetings to his doctors!
