I came to Kostanay for a visit and accidentally entered your establishment, how sad it is when the cuisine in the establishment is top class, but the service leaves much to be desired! We were served by the waiter Anna, a pleasant-looking girl, but it was unpleasant to see when the waiter sniffed right over your plates, asked questions about the menu and the bar menu, to which we received no answers, the waiter did not know the composition of some dishes and drinks, ordered tom yam, by the way, this dish was very pleasantly surprised in your establishment, but I waited half an hour for a spoon to go to the pit, while people from my company were eating food, I watched and waited for my spoon, the waiter did not pay attention to the fact that I called her, in the end I asked for a spoon as soon as I approached another waiter on my own. I would like to mention the interior of the establishment and the cleanliness, I was pleasantly surprised! Wonderful cuisine at the Kinza restaurant, but it's worth working on the service.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not pleased once again(. Top-level service is fast and organized. The decoration of the building and the summer cafe were very pleasant, clean, cozy and beautiful. Maybe it was just the wrong shift and that's why I didn't like it. Maybe it's just my subjective opinion 🤔))). We need to visit again 😉
