When I handed it over for the first time in August, it was repaired a week later, and they called me back. I took the coffee maker away, found an extraneous sound at home during operation and the installation of a pump that did not meet the factory specifications. It was repaired again, which lasted more than a month. With difficulty, he squeezed out the supposedly repaired coffee maker. The extraneous sound was eliminated. They did not change the pump. I wrote to zholob in the book of complaints and suggestions demanding that the pump be replaced with one corresponding to this model. They sent a reply stating that I do not understand coffee makers and the pump is installed much better and more expensive than it was (even the labeling does not match the previous one). I wrote a review in Yandex. A month later, I received an email asking me to contact you to solve the problem. I got in touch (I sent the contacts additionally, because they were listed in the book of complaints and suggestions). And the connection was lost again. If I had the opportunity, I would have put it to the service. ----5 stars.
