The only thing that attracts attention is the location and the playground, which is one of the advantages. Unfortunately, when the load is full, neither the waiters nor the animators can cope with their tasks. Cuisine, seafood at inadequate prices, traditional cuisine for three, shrimp with garlic, were rubbery, there was one shrimp in the seafood pasta, the steak was dry and the volume was two times less than stated in the menu, of the many dishes ordered, only a piece of salmon for 9,000 was adequate… The waiters did not delve into individual requests, they constantly had to correct them, the children were asked not to drink cold drinks, they brought cold ones, they asked for 0.5 regular water, they brought a different class, although both are available. What pleased me was that they didn't miscalculate, usually when there is a large table and a lot of children, then they will write it off somewhere. And the service started an hour and a half after our arrival. The animators can't cope, all four of our kids have had some run-ins with children, we often visit public playgrounds and everything goes smoothly, here we had cognitive dissonance, to put it mildly. The door is open, there is a strong draft, the children are sweating on the playground and running to the table in the hall, where the wind is blowing. In general, for now we have suspended our parties there ... if something changes for the better, we will resume with pleasure. The administrator, despite all the disadvantages, was attentive and immediately reacted and corrected. The husbands were satisfied, the elite alcohol, the prices are more than affordable.

I'm very upset that I was in this place. We celebrated the child's birthday. The service is at zero. You need to approach the waiter and place an order. Not to shout in front of an empty hall.Tea was not even offered to the cake, the cake was sliced and no spoons were brought. They thought I would eat with my hands.... I did not find part of the children's cake (apparently it went to the waiters), I asked them about it, they said we would clarify, so they did not give a clear answer. The cake was quickly taken away, even the child did not look or take a picture. The animators look terrible, very shabby and tired. In my opinion, they gave the children dangerous tasks (to roll down the hill with a steam train, children with different weight categories). The child is small and didn't really understand, but I didn't like it. In general, I do not recommend it.
