I am extremely unhappy with visiting this computer club. The administrators' attitude towards customers and, apparently, towards their work leaves much to be desired. They respond to any requests reluctantly, with obvious displeasure on their face. There was a problem with the wireless mouse — it didn't work without a cable. I asked the administrator to help me figure it out. Instead of actually helping, he did something with the mouse for a few minutes, giving the appearance that he understood the problem, and then simply stated that he did not know how to solve it. As a result, I had to find the cause of the malfunction on my own and waste my playing time. At the same time, they did not want to provide any compensation for lost time. Later, the monitor turned off during the game. I approached the receptionist, who was sleeping on the couch at that moment. After asking for help, I first received a response along the lines of "I don't know myself." It was only on the second attempt that he managed to wake him up, but he still couldn't solve the problem. Just like last time, I had to figure it out on my own. It seems that the staff does not even have the basic knowledge necessary to work in a computer club. The administrator turned out to be completely incompetent and useless in solving technical issues. The service is at a very low level. There is no desire to visit this institution again.

It's a good place in Orsha to play CS 2 and dota (maybe Fortnite) with friends, although it's a little hard to find the game club itself, but the prices and comfort are fine
