There is no friendlier place to practice Aikido in Minsk. All the instructors are very high level. In principle, this is the only place in the Republic of Belarus for studying Ai. Japanese yoga basics, peculiar meditations, breathing practices, massage techniques, working with weapons, etc. are taught. Plus, everything is done on a regular and fairly methodical basis. There are children's groups. I have seen even very difficult children with OCD involved. Convenient location, both by public and private transport. It may be on the 5th floor, but it has a neat stylized hall, its own shower and toilet. The opportunity to study from one to 6 times a week, without summer breaks, with any initial level, both physical and educational

I have known this organization for a long time. They have been teaching Ki-Aikido to children and adults for decades and have achieved the highest professionalism here. Instructors Yuri Alexandrovich and Olga Borisovna are sensitive, attentive and qualified masters with extensive experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a non-aggressive and "smart" martial art by themselves or for their children. This is the best option for daily life, health and safety!
