It's a great place! I always stay there in Minsk! Another convenient exit to Brest. The atmosphere of the village and very cozy houses. As a bonus, there's a wonderful tavern across the street. Yes, it's not in the city center, but this is a plus, the taxi is not expensive, but it's very good to sleep here. Thanks to the staff! We accidentally came to this place and did not regret it! Despite the proximity of the Minsk-Brest highway. With the doors and windows closed, the house is absolutely quiet. The house is big and there is a lot of air. Almost everything is there for life. Nearby there is a restaurant called Dedova Korchma, where the food is delicious. As far as we understand, both the restaurant and the farm belong to the same person. The owner's hand is visible! Thanks to him!

For 6-7 years, several times a year, a large company came to rest in Khutoryanka.We always rented a double house.some stayed overnight, the rest left before 23.There were never any questions!(That the company is 8-10 people, with children) On July 26, we booked a house for a month (guests from abroad arrived) and then it was a bummer!!!!It turns out that more than 4 people can not be in the house!!!!Even on the veranda.They offered us to rent another gazebo (with children in the rain), i.e. 4 people.I'll be in the house, and the others will be in the gazebo! And if they see that there are more than 4 people in the house, they will call the police.This is the director's suggestion! We asked to contact the director, to talk, but they refused us!....... As a result, the mood is ruined! It's good that there is a dr.hotel complexes that treat guests and residents of the capital with understanding and respect!!!!

We had a rest, or rather, we tried to relax for the weekend from August 1 to August 3.We booked a double house, celebrated our wedding anniversary.The four of us stopped by.By the way, we have stayed here several times a year since 2019 (We met with friends from Mogilev and Brest, we always rented 4 double cabins with children, but there was never a question about the number of people).In the evening we went to a restaurant to celebrate.After the closing of the Grandfather's tavern, we returned to the cabins around 12 at night.They stopped us at the reception and told us that there was no noise after 11 a.m. (silence mode).And yet, there are four of us, so we have to pay 100 rubles for the third person, but they can't arrange for the fourth, since only three people can fit in the house.So, please rent another double house for the fourth person, otherwise the police will be called to us. The next day, just as the first day ended, the receptionist came up again and told me to pay extra for two adults.We said that one person would leave in the evening, then we were offered to pay for one person and for another for the aqua zone.Otherwise, they threatened the police again (apparently, it's okay for the administration to scare vacationers by calling the police)Then we couldn't stand it anymore and went to pack our things.By the way, the director came up to us-a very intelligent and polite young man, and the conversation was conducted in a completely different way, without aggression.That is why we turn a blind eye to other nuances.As a result, the mood and the holiday are ruined.We left without even having served half of the second day. The place itself is very beautiful and clean, but this piggish attitude towards vacationers this year, of course, ruined everything.Of course, you will lose the accumulated clientele over 10 years with this attitude!!!

We were here for the first time, we ourselves are from Russia, Smolensk, it takes 4 hours to drive. I liked everything in principle. The house was rented for two extreme , number 12. Each house has its own barbecue area (there are 12 of them in total), Parking is also near the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were held outdoors . The table is large and benches under the canopy are also at the entrance to the house . The house is comfortable, there is everything you need. The bed linen is snow-white. The area around is well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery. The Belorusskaya Korchma cafe is 3 minutes away . By the way , they cook delicious . A 15 percent discount on lunch can be taken at the reception. The pool is clean, not deep, not large, but since there were few people during our vacation, we were comfortable. It opens at 10 a.m. and was covered with a canopy at 22.The staff is very friendly.responsive girls at the reception . They kindly agreed to give us a tour in a 2- storey house for a large family . Olegovna is a very kind woman, she always asked if we needed anything). Caring. Minsk is not far away , the store is also close , we went to buy the necessary things . If you decide to go on an excursion, you can visit Mirsky and Nesvizh castles. They are located nearby, we drove for about an hour.In general, I liked everything. We will definitely come back . 09/22/2023 we had a rest in the Khutoryanka bath complex. While in the pool, my wife severely cut her toe on the bottom of the pool. At the request, the administrator provided peroxide, but there was no initiative to find out how severe the cut was. The employee of the complex was aware of the sharp parts in the pool (when they came for peroxide, he immediately said that you could cut yourself on the drain). An ambulance was called to fix the fact of injury. Then there was a call from the guard and the district police officer, since we refused to pay for additional time due to the injury (when the police arrived, the bathhouse employee began to tell the story that his wife cut her finger when leaving the pool on the ladder, although he had said something completely different before). The district police officer recommended paying the bill (which we did) and then going to court. Since the administration has not made any attempts to resolve this situation, we will take the advice of the district police officer to go to court. Total: extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff, the lack of a first aid kit.
