This estate was booked before we saw the reviews and, accordingly, we drove with caution. Upon arrival, we had a very interesting and beautiful territory in front of us, it is clear that the owners are working daily on its appearance. The owner met us, he seemed completely different to us, not the same as in previous reviews, he was not rude to us, he told us everything, showed us, we signed a contract, the amount was the same as agreed. The next day, we were allowed to leave an hour later without paying extra, by the way, pennies were deducted from us for a broken glass. Some of the guests have been there more than once and noticed many changes in the house and grounds. All my guests enjoyed their stay, it's good that I didn't cancel my reservation because of the reviews. I wish the guys prosperity and good guests. P.S. judging by the latest reviews, they were written by guests of the same wedding

A wedding party was held in this beautiful manor. On the plus side: everything is clean, tidy, there is a place to relax and have fun, both for children and adults. It feels like a master's hand has been applied, everything pleases the eye, there are sleeping places, a veranda for celebrations in summer, and a house for winter celebrations. On the downside: there was a smell of manure in the evening, which is not surprising - the farm is nearby. The wedding hosts noted the boorishness of the owner of the farmstead, a few minutes before the start of the event, he demanded a completely different amount, which was agreed upon, arguing that there were more guests than expected. But the estate was fully rented, and what does the number of guests have to do with it? Yes, I witnessed it myself when the owner flew into our kitchen, and instead of greeting us with a smile, he threw a cheeky: Who's going to pay me off? I was in shock. You need to treat people like a human being, because this is your private business! Would I recommend this place to my friends? Definitely, yes! Nice, cozy, clean! But the owner needs to reconsider his attitude!

A wonderful place to relax. The only drawback is the meticulous host. Five minutes before the mural, the young couple witnessed a conversation that the young people should pay for more guests. Well, not five minutes before the painting to solve this issue??? Plus, it was tedious to pay 500 rubles extra for more people and a separate surcharge for stopping by earlier. So-so service.
