The hookah man had to be constantly invited to replace the coals, which would add coals and smoke the hookah... The napkins on the table have been sliced almost a third of their actual size so that they fit into the napkin holder...There is no welcome at the entrance, you need to go to the bar. There was not enough ice cream for desserts. In short, there was no positive impression at all from such trifles. I'm saying all this in comparison with other establishments where the service is higher by a notch. One of the advantages is that the ventilation in the establishment is working well. As a result, I will choose other places. Maybe it was a coincidence, but it didn't work out for me.

A separate story is the presence of soap in the toilet - you need to ask for it to be filled, given that the cleaning schedule is signed a day in advance, which is fine. I don't find fault with the establishment, but if you take the price of drinks and meals, I would like to have a higher level of service, especially when you are willing to pay for it without question. Respect the hookah man - everything is clear without cotton wool.

I would like to express my special gratitude to hookah and tea master Oleg. His professionalism and attention to detail are really impressive. The hookah was perfectly prepared, taking into account all my preferences, and the tea he recommended complemented the evening perfectly. As for the kitchen, it didn't disappoint either. I tried cherry crumble for dessert, and it was a real discovery! The delicate dough, juicy cherries and light sweetness are simply delicious! Overall, this place has left only positive impressions. There were only 4 people in the establishment (with us). But the staff approached us a couple of times. The hookah man came up a couple of times to cut off and replace the coals. The coals were changed only twice. When I called the hookah man and asked why we didn't change or add coals, they told us that we had been smoking for more than an hour and they only replaced coals twice, according to their rules. This is the first time I've encountered this. I visited a lot of hookah bars in Minsk and met this one for the first time. By the way, I smoke hookah all the time and understand everything about this process. Coals are changed everywhere, no matter how long the client smokes, and they are shaken off quite often. I would also understand if there were a lot of people, but ... this place positions itself as a premium, but in fact ⭐️⭐️ Even in the simplest hookah bars, the attitude towards customers is much better. If we had tongs, we would have shaken the ashes off the coals ourselves, but otherwise we had to smoke with ashes. I highly recommend not to visit. But the interior is good

This time, when we visited the place, the music played the same throughout the time that we spent there. After asking the waiter about this tune, she said that this was not karaoke or a disco, it was playing in the background. About the food, too, everything is deplorable. We went there partly because of their delicious tartare, which was not on the menu. Mussels, chocolate fondue and Negroni cocktail were also missing. To which the waiter said that today we were choosing those items from the menu that were missing. As for the napkins: in order to dry myself, I had to take five pieces, since they were very thin and were cut lengthwise and crosswise. There are no questions about the hookah, everything is fine.There is also a cleaning lady walking around the hall, who looks at all the visitors. At the same time, there is no toilet paper in the toilet. There is only one waiter in the room, and this, of course, is not enough. To sum up, we used to visit this place for its atmosphere, music and food, but now it is missing. I no longer want to go there and advise my friends to visit this hookah bar. Now we are looking for a new place to spend a good time.
