I often visit there, the only cafe-shop in the whole neighborhood! The prices are certainly reasonable, but at 7 a.m. no one is there, although the dining room is scheduled to be open and the staff is not friendly! They communicate on O.... However, if you ask additional questions, the employees are reluctant to answer them, and sometimes not at all, such as what brand of tea do you have, I once asked, but they found it difficult to answer! The cuisine as a whole is not bad, but borscht, for example, caused terrible diarrhea in my companion, so I can't recommend this dining room, and of course only you can draw conclusions there!
