Здравствуйте. Очень нравится данное заведение!!! Всегда приятно посетить их. Сразу на входе тебя встретят с улыбкой, проведут и обслужат по высшему уровню. Кухня была как всегда вкусная и с изюминкой. Отмечали там как свадьбу, так и детский праздник, которые заведение часто проводят. Так же просто зайти пообедать днём или приятно провести вечер в хорошей компании. Очень приятно было обслуживание официанта Кристины! Она помогла выбрать нужное блюдо, и быстро его принесла. Всё это было с улыбкой, что не может не радовать. Сразу видно, профессионал своего дела!!! К такому официанту всегда хочется вернуться обратно! Спасибо большое за её обслуживание, обязательно вернёмся ещё!!!

Качестчо блюд и обстановка в заведении не соответствует ценам абсолютно. Хачапупи по аджарски ужасное, тонкое подгорелое тесто,сыр неподходящий для этого блюда в маленьком количестве, хинкали напоминают не самый лучший полуфабрикат,шашлык со свинины съедобен ,но не более того,лепешки к нему принесли не свежие и холодные, холодно внутри,в туалете ледяная вода еле бежит,часть писсуаров заклеино скотчем и пленкой(неисправны). И в целом Грузию не напоминает совсем. Ну а цены как в дорогих ресторанах на все.

Бывали с семьей проездом в Мариуполе, решили заехать в данное заведение. Получили море эмоций, персонал вежливый, приветливый, кухня и напитки потрясающие, попробовали хинкали, хачапури и салаты, с выбором помогла улыбчивая официант Кристина, большое спасибо за помощь, а так же за прекрасное обслуживание. Всё было быстро, принятие заказа, вынос напитков и еды, времени уделили нам по максимуму, хотя было видно, что посадка большая. Надеемся побывать у вас еще не раз !

Обожаем это место и возвращаемся сюда снова и снова! В этот раз отмечали здесь день рождения, и это было незабываемо. Ресторан поздравил в самых лучших традициях Грузии: ярко, громко, с невероятным кавказским колоритом и искренним теплом. Чувствуешь себя не просто клиентом, а желанным гостем в большом и дружном доме. Кухня, как всегда, на высоте — осетинский пирог и люля кеба просто божественные! Спасибо за праздник и за то, что держите планку. Обязательно придём еще!

Из приятного это девушка Хостес, с улыбкой встретила и с улыбкой провела ! На этом достаточно. Официант Настасья, видимо не хочет зарабатывать чаевые, поэтому подходит к столам с унылым лицом, и только говорит «Угу» на блюда которые заказывали. Сам заказ никто не продублировал, с недовольным лицом она ушла. Посуда грязная со стола убирается только после того как гости уходят, во время вечера к столу не подходят. А вот чтоб получить счет нужно найти, дождаться именно своего официанта. Администратору от её длинных и тяжелых ресниц даже не видно , что происходит в зале. Пытались добиться счет не мало времени. Уже даже надетая верхняя одежда их не смутила.

Несколько раз посещали этот ресторан, так как очень любим грузинскую кухню. Первый раз отмечали небольшой корпоратив, второй раз были с ребенком, все было супер атмосферно и вкусно. Но 3.02.26 очередной раз приехали с ребенком. И скажу чесно, это было последнее посещение этого заведения. Все просто ужасно! Приехали специально поужинать мега чебуреками, но нам отказали в заказе, сказав, что работают на доставку. Но в этот момент заведение было практически пустым и загружености персоонала не было. В игровой холодина, отопление выключено. На просьбу включить, нам отказали ссылаясь на то, что вдруг обогреватель сломается. На входе ужасно скользко даже нет коврика никакого. Сделали замечание что гость может упасть, реакции никакой. Вообщем, либо тут смены разные, либо стало совсем не то заведение которое нам нравилось.

Понравилось в ретсоране, уже второй раз тут, обслуживала Кристина очень хорошо. Заказали хинкали вкусные ,хачапури и компот в подарок дали еа день рождения. Еще заказали пирог грузинский и голубчики, все понравилось спасибо

The waiters are smart and quick to approach, always ready to prompt and recommend. I would like to note separately the attitude towards kitchen changes. The quality of food and service significantly depends on the change of staff: one day they arrived, everything was great, the next day everything was bad. There are shifts when everything is perfect: fast service, neat serving, equally delicious dishes. But sometimes there are days when something is missing in terms of attention or pace of work. The restaurant is worth a visit: there are many excellent positions, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The waiter "licked" it so well that I didn't want to leave — little things like this create a feeling of care and comfort. I hope the management will pay attention to the stability of shifts, and then the institution will be even better.

⸻ I really liked the restaurant "Khmel and Suneli" in Mariupol! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is attentive and fast. The food is delicious, especially khachapuri and khinkali — the portions are large and satisfying. It's nice to be in the hall, light music is playing. Everything is sooo slow, the waiters can barely walk, the kharcho soup (which is included in the business lunch) is carried for 20-25 minutes, and boiling water is brought, which is impossible to eat! that is, you won't have time to eat in peace during an hour's break. One more thing. Apparently, no one teaches the waiters anything there... they absolutely do not know how to move dishes from the tray to the table (they take the cup for the place where the guest, in theory, will touch his mouth; they splash soup, etc.)

Здравствуйте. Мы постоянные гости ресторана "Хмели летели" города Мариуполь. Всегда с удовольствием у вас бываем, но есть одно "Но". Официант Анастасия в очередной раз (25.01.2026) грубо выразила свое недовольство по поводу отсутствия крышечки на чайнике. Ответила нам в непрофессиональном тоне, нахамила. Что бы избежать словесной перепалки с официантом мы пригласили администратора. Высказали свои претензии по поводу ее хамского отношения и грубого поведения. Благодарим администратора Лилию , на любые вопросы отвечала с лёгкостью, очень доброжелательная. Наш вопрос решила быстро. Большое ей спасибо, спасла нам настроение на вечер.

The branded tea pleased with the taste, but the serving was disappointing – without heating, it cools down faster than it reaches khinkali. Considering that it is brought first, this is a significant disadvantage. The service is a C-plus. The waitress girls are polite, but they lack the same Georgian warmth and attentiveness to the guest. Where is the traditional hospitality? Chkmeruli – bravo to the cook here! The meat literally melted in my mouth, and the cheese complemented the picture perfectly. It was the very moment of gastronomic pleasure that you love Georgian cuisine for. Khinkali is a separate story. The problem is in the serving: the khinkali itself is so hot that it is impossible to touch them – the cheese literally melts from the temperature. Ossetian pie with potatoes and cheese – the restaurant has completely missed here. How could an institution specializing in Caucasian cuisine have allowed such a failure? The dough is thick, the fillings are unbalanced – the potatoes are like regular potatoes, the cheese is too much for the cat. And the saddest thing is that the pie is dry, not soaked at all. This is unacceptable for an institution of this level. I would also like to add that there is no warm water supply in the toilet rooms – ice water is pouring, which makes everything curdle inside. And about the price tag: if a restaurant makes an extra charge, despite the location and so on, it should make good, high-quality food, but in fact the quality is lame.

Khinkali is good for three, but there is a great shortage of spices and meat!! It feels like it's a convenience store product. 2, Mega cheburek is the fattest cheburek I've ever tasted. Heartburn is guaranteed! As for the meat, it's literally the size of a woman's palm. It's a very unhealthy meal, and my stomach doesn't hurt too much the next day. 3. The giant cradle is a beautiful pitch, it's not even bad, but the cradle itself is a bit dry. Conclusion. You can eat salads that are not bad. But some positions are terrible. As for the waiters, they're doing their best! But there are no buttons for calling the waiter, and it's not decent to yell at the whole room.

We ordered delivery, we open a children's Burger, there is a hair right there, a rubber chicken fillet kebab (some pieces are undercooked). The administration dealt with the issue for two hours. When they offered to exchange this food for a new one, they said we definitely wouldn't do that. They're calling, no specifics. They just mumble into the phone. No customer orientation. Communication with clients is at a very low level. We were your regular customers, but after that, no one wants to stay with you. Teach your waiters and receptionists how to communicate with people and solve problems in an environmentally friendly way!

I am very disappointed with the establishment, there are no buttons to call the waiter, the waitress Anastasia came up to us with a displeased face.We made an order (mojito and khachapuri).And then the fun begins, the menu says that the Mojito is made from sprite, sweet syrup and mint, lemon, lime.They brought us just sour water without gas, there wasn't even a smell of syrup and sprite, they asked us to redo it and just poured carbonated water and that's it, it was just as sour and remained, very unpleasant.I'm not going there anymore..
