If you are not afraid of the atmosphere of a beer bar, this is a great place for lunch and dinner - especially if you are staying nearby in the Hamptons. We ate there regularly, and I really liked the herring and pate (from snacks). All the dishes are nicely decorated and quite tasty.

We recently visited the Khmel restaurant in Minsk and were very satisfied! The atmosphere of the place is simply amazing – cozy and warm, with pleasant music that creates the perfect mood for an evening with friends or, in our case, with a significant other! The service was top-notch: the waiters are attentive, polite and always ready to help with the selection of dishes and drinks, Vlada and Nikita - you are super! The menu was full of variety, from classic beer snacks to more refined dishes. It is also worth noting the bar menu – a large selection of beers, both draft and craft. The prices are quite reasonable, considering the quality of the service and food. In general, the “Hop” is the place where you want to return. I officially declare that I have never eaten tastier food. Every dish I tried in the three days I went there, it was the best thing I've ever tasted in restaurants. It is immensely tasty and high-quality. Draniki (I forgot the exact name, they're cutlets there. On the first day I ate, and on the second day my companion and friends also ate), fish and chips, meat, borscht (the Czech said it was the best borscht he had ever eaten. Served with lard, garlic, pampushki, green onions and sour cream), dark beer pie with apple and cinnamon (this is the best pie in my life) - I highly recommend all this. On the third day, I didn't want anything big, because it was my birthday and we were always eating something in the morning, so I just wanted wine and snacks. Therefore, only cheese and meat plates were ordered. They were ordered with the words: "Just a bite." I was so drunk that I almost burst. These are huge plates, I have never seen such portions. And how delicious and fresh everything is! Service: two lovely girls, very fast, clear, good, smart. Musical accompaniment: excellent, very suitable for the interior and atmosphere. Bottom line: I highly recommend you to visit. And I'll be glad to come back the next time I come to Minsk.

We went on vacation to Minsk with our girlfriends and stayed in a nearby hotel. This is the best option for any evening. We were satisfied with absolutely everything! Large portions, great atmosphere, delicious food, cherry tincture struck my heart, excellent waitresses, mostly served by Vlad, a very nice girl🥺 The cook has a separate respect, they took a lot of dishes to try and each one sunk right into my heart. We booked a table there for several days in a row, we never regretted it) That's the case when you really want to stay there for a long time and come back. At least we promised the waitresses that we'd be back in a year)

We arrived in Minsk, settled in the Hamptons and visited this bar. Your borscht made an indelible impression, in a cast-iron pot, stewed, hot, a large portion. The whole stay in the city compared borscht with yours and it remained in the first place. The salads are decent too. We agree with the reviews on the choice of beer, it's not enough for a bar. We were here after the New Year. The hall was completely empty, but the girl who greeted us said "everything is reserved" and refused to let us in. You have an empty hall - "we're waiting for football fans in 40 minutes, unfortunately we can't put you at the table," with no options. That is, the place is not for ordinary visitors, but seems to be for some kind of "football fans". The next day, however, we managed to have dinner there, the dishes from the menu "Belarusian cuisine" are excellent, they look delicious and beautiful, the service is fast.

We rested in this institution on 12/27/24, until 2 a.m., we did not expect it ourselves. The atmosphere is fire, music, music videos, everything in the background. Nothing interfered with the communication of the team, and it surprised me, no one shouted over anyone, although the hall was full. I really liked it, the attentive staff, the hot snacks were brought very quickly, they didn't have time to eat the cold ones. The waiters didn't mess around, as they always did, they kept an eye on everything and everyone. No one was bored, the service is excellent, special thanks to the kitchen, everything is very tasty, and most importantly satisfying. We had a rest in the sixth, everyone was satisfied!!!
