The cashier refused to accept it, saying that "it's too late," and when I asked her to cancel the goods and try again, she replied with a rude refusal: "Next time you will buy."The incident occurred today, July 1, at about 17:50. I consider this attitude to regular customers unacceptable. The goods had not been paid for yet, and before the receipt was closed, the cashier could easily scan the card to earn points. Customers should not lose their benefits due to staff unwillingness to do their job and meet them halfway. I am very disappointed with the service!
