today we were passing through khinkalna, in general, the rating of the whole institution is 2/10. and 2 only for the atmosphere , and everything else was terrible, especially the service . we waited longer for the dish than the waiters told us. we ordered a salad, namely iceberg lettuce was very bitter , we were served by 4 waiters and none of them could really say about our order. and I was also surprised that you serve shorty with sauces, and not with shish kebab, how is that at all? they brought us a hot dish earlier than the salad. When we didn't have any appliances yet, we asked, "should we eat with our hands?" they ignored us and went about their business, and the appliances were brought to us when we approached and asked for it. in general, the service is terrible, thank you, we will not come to you again.

Yesterday we were in khinkalna and ordered a meal. Everything was delicious, but lukewarm, I wanted it hotter, but for such a price it was gorgeous. We used to come in often and get grub, and each time it tasted different, either too salty or too much spice, but this time everything was as good as we thought. In fact, there was something wrong with this meal. A night on the toilet is proof of that. And we are 100% sure that this is because of the grub, because everyone who ate the same thing, and the rest of the diet was the same. The staff are young people, they are trying, there are no questions for them The prices are pleasant, lower than the Minsk prices. The quality of the food is roulette, I bet 1 poisoned grub out of 10 But I still like khinkalnya. But now it's scary to order a meal and go to this one in Slonim.

It's a lovely restaurant. We came from Moscow on business for two weeks and ate in this restaurant every day, during this time we tried almost all the dishes from the menu and each was very tasty. Chefs cook 10 out of 10. The interior and atmosphere are pleasant, all in the Georgian style 10 out of 10. The staff is also good, but it's still worth a little more training in quality service, because this is a restaurant and the service level should be appropriate. A good waiter always keeps an eye on the tables where there are guests and reacts quickly, and generally notices all the nuances - unnecessary dishes, suddenly water was spilled, maybe there are not enough appliances or napkins or there are no small plates for each guest, when there are dishes on the common table, etc., and quickly helps. Good service in the restaurant creates a sense of comfort for visitors and affects the overall impression. In general, the staff needs to be trained in service, but we were so glad that there was a place to have a delicious meal! The kitchen smoothed out all these moments and won our hearts. Thank you very much! The next time we visit Slonim, we will definitely come for a delicious meal, I hope by this time the service will already be excellent.
