Traveling around Belarus, we came across this place, which was one of the few people in the city who worked on Monday) the institution definitely had a plus for this. The feed is fast, that's a plus! We got in at lunchtime - full boarding and there were even waiting empty seats at the entrance. Khinkali is classic, fresh, and the meat is very tasty. Adjarian khachapuri seemed a little dry, but very tasty. The ajakhuri is great, the meat is not spared, the potatoes are well fried.

Khinkalnaya is conveniently located on a quiet street in the center of Grodno. The building has a small parking lot for a couple of places. The interior is simple, the waiters are very polite, the service is fast enough. The prices are average, and the taste of the dishes, to be honest, is also closer to average. They upset the Khinkali. On the advice of the waiter, I did not follow the example of other family members and ordered khinkali with pork ("Kakheti"?), they were recommended as not spicy, unlike others. In the resulting dish, the meat looked like it was undercooked, and the consistency was also not very similar to boiled. I complained to the waiter, talked to the manager, and then the khinkali was re-prepared... but with almost the same result. At the same time, khinkali with beef on our table did not raise such questions. We often eat khinkali and understand what they are like. Well, I thought, apparently, the composition of the stuffing is so translucent... it can't be undercooked again after complaining. But.. the khinkali they ate reminded me of themselves for several hours afterwards. Be careful with them!
