23.05 I took my winter insulated coat from the dry cleaners. When I checked the work, I did not completely remove the packaging. I checked if the stain had been removed. They washed it. Today (05/25) I decided to inspect the coat at home and was very upset. The insulation is not that it got into lumps (as the girl warned about it before cleaning), but it simply did not remain in some of the "cells" of the coat. Unfortunately, it is no longer suitable for winter.
