I rented an evening dress. before picking it up, no one told me that it would be a difficult job, that they didn't want to take on this dress at all because of the fabric. They did not examine or assess his condition. after I took the dress away, I was not satisfied with its appearance. on the phone, they told me that the damage was 60 percent and it should have been written on the receipt, so there is no compensation for the damage (after saying that nothing was written there, they said that I handed over the dress to the left). this is such a wonderful attitude towards products that they are not sure about, but they take on anyway, and towards their employees who also do not do their job properly.

We gave away 2 blankets. One new white one, the cat left a stain and a smell from the edge of the blanket. The other one is a heavy old one. The result: the new blanket turned gray instead of white and very smelly. It is impossible to sleep with this smell The old blanket was returned completely torn in different places (see photo), and since everything was tightly packed and in cellophane, we only saw it at home. By the way, there are also spots left! The blanket is in the trash now. No decency!
