The nurse is also good, painlessly, and took blood quickly... No bruises... then I drank coffee (who wants tea)... Everything is fine, there are no complaints.

Over the past few days, I have left more than 500 rubles in the Helix laboratory for tests. Until today, everything was great: fast, comfortable, the staff was polite and respectful. That is why today's situation is particularly unpleasant. I came to take the coprogram, prepared in advance: I bought a pharmacy container, collected the material at home and went to the laboratory. On the spot, I was informed that my container was not suitable and I needed their special solution. At first they said that the material was needed only in their container, but then it turned out that some of it needed to be left in mine as well. The most unpleasant thing was that they wouldn't let me into the office and offered to shift the material on the street. On a busy avenue, on a bench, with strong wind and sand. Their container is a small tube with a solution that can't even be properly placed because everything is spilled. Honestly, I felt as humiliated as possible at that moment. After all this, they also refused to give me coffee: — You're not supposed to, you're not donating blood. A very unpleasant experience. I don't plan to contact you here anymore.
