I visited Helix on 06/27/2026 for an HPV test. There were four people in the queue, but the documents were processed quickly by two specialists. They tactfully explained to me how to fill out everything, and did not loudly tell me the order of the analysis. The documents were quickly processed and invited to the office for delivery. Honey. The employee, the girl, was very tactful and polite, talking through the entire procedure for passing the analysis. They explained how to get the analysis. I am very grateful for such professional service, everything went great! It's very convenient that they work on Saturday.

Hello, I want to leave a review and thank the girl, a new employee, who worked ALONE on Saturday at this address, Zlatoustovsky 2. She's a smart girl, tried to serve everyone in a timely manner. There are no questions for her, questions for the management who left her alone on a Saturday afternoon. Are you serious??? I give 5 stars to the girl, I would give you 1. People are being added, but there is no help for her. The two of them and the blood collection girl took out the whole situation. And the manager who allowed it is reprimanded!!!
