But today, 09/08/2026, I was unpleasantly surprised by the work of two new administrators at the reception: Firstly, it was a very long registration process and the queue stretched to the entrance. Secondly, the boorish attitude towards visitors - if in 5 minutes in front of me 2 visitors just left the building without further registration and tests. The administration is kindly requested to pay attention to the quality of work of new staff at the registry.

It's not the first time I've noticed that you come with a clear list of tests, they start sniffing packages that are supposedly promotional, it's necessary there, it's superfluous, as a result, the price doesn't come out any cheaper, so half of the indicators are unnecessary, and what the doctor wrote in the end is not there. Why do your employees think they know better than a doctor what a person needs? And people can't hear the information clearly, plus there's a queue and they agree, and then you have to overpay anyway and add what's missing. And it's okay to overpay, so you're wasting your time. And when you refuse the offered packages, they will also comment on you as if you are demanding something at their house.
