Good evening, today on 02/27/2026 we donated blood with a child in the laboratory at Kirova 2. All the staff were very friendly, we were invited immediately without a queue, arranged, and then called to the office also without a queue. The analysis was taken, the staff helped) thank you very much, I want to come back to you.

Laboratory in Vitebsk, on Kirova street. I want to start with a good one, so that it's clear how absurd the situation is. The staff at this center are really good. The technicians and administrators work clearly, politely and quickly, although it is clear that they are not doing it for the money they deserve. Hats off to the employees who keep a human face in this kind of hell. And now to the center itself and its leadership. There is a strong feeling that the main goal of management is to save money on everything obscenely. The room is just terrifyingly small. From the very opening until about half past eleven in the morning, a real collapse is happening here: the queue is gathering people under thirty, and there is literally nowhere to stand in the corridor. The locker room (wardrobe) is designed for a maximum of 10 people, and all these hangers are naturally crammed. The rest of the people are forced to stand in their jackets in this crowd, there is nowhere to sit at all — not a single chair. It's scary to look at it from the outside, but participating is even worse. But the main "surprise" was ahead. I used to choose this network for its speed: biochemistry was done in a day or two. Now we had to wait nine days for the results! For a paid lab, where you pay for speed, among other things, this is just nonsense. Obviously, the greed of the leadership got the better of common sense. Instead of expanding the area and hiring at least one more laboratory technician to take blood (to relieve the queue), they prefer to save money by creating inhumane conditions for customers. Conclusion: never set foot in this branch again. With such a level of service, queues and waiting times, it's easier for me to go to a regular state polyclinic — at least they don't charge money for such torments. Complete disappointment.
