It's terrible! There's dirt everywhere! The taps are not working in the bathroom. Water is not regular! There is a smell in the rooms. We booked two rooms, the price is different on the website, they called a different price on WhatsApp, and upon arrival a completely different price! We weren't ready yet, although we arrived 2 hours later than expected. Zathrak is one name! In general, I do not advise anyone!

The Khan Palace Hotel is a horror. The reception staff confidently said that the buffet breakfast would be ready by 08:00. I arrived on time — there was nothing at all! Not even a trace of food. They asked for porridge, waited for 20 minutes, and eventually brought a watery, tasteless mass that could hardly be called food.
