The very beginning of the rest in this institution began in an unfavorable way. The administrator called 20 minutes before the start of the event and informed that due to repair work, the recording was postponed from 17:00 to 18:00. Since my friends and I were already on our way, of course we arrived at the right hour, making ourselves known and asking if the workers would finish early and in general how serious the breakdown was. Half an hour later, we were safely in the hammam. We were given a guided tour of what is where and how to turn it on. About the hammam itself, she said only that the door should be tightly closed as the fire alarm is triggered. We started our vacation with a hammam, we wanted to get water from the sink to wash the benches. The room was very steamy and the visibility of what was below was viewed only with close attention. Therefore, going to the washbasin, one of us got under the outlet of hot steam from the pipe supplying it. Since it was most likely a breakdown that was being repaired, boiling water also poured onto her foot along with the steam. They immediately jumped out of the hammam, began to examine the leg, in fact, a burn of the 2nd degree. The receptionist was called and informed of the situation, to which she shrugged and began calling the workers. Of course, they called a nurse and treated the leg, but what kind of rest can we talk about after that. Everything happened because of the banal safety technique, the administrator, when she introduced herself, had to indicate that these places in the hammam were very dangerous, approach carefully! But she seemed more worried about the door and the alarm going off. The first and last time we were there! The service was zero, there were no trivial apologies. It was only at the very end, hoping that we would come back again, that she apologized for what had happened. Well, they threw 15 minutes on top of us, which took us to bandage our legs.
