Do you want to spoil your festive mood? Then you should come here to Hadiyyah. We were planning to celebrate my dad's birthday. The day before the holiday, I personally arrived at the restaurant, chose a specific table, and made an advance payment. Later, I came again on purpose, because the promised photos were never sent. Together with the hostesses, we re-checked the reservation, and the table was confirmed. We arrived in advance on the birthday. Instead of the reserved table, we were shown a completely different, small table for four people. When asked why we were transferred, they replied that our table had been given to a larger company. Without a single call, without warning, even though they had my phone number. I didn't want to stay after such an attitude. But then it got even more interesting. When we asked for a refund of the prepayment, we were initially told that they would refund only 50%, because "these are the rules." I'm sorry, but it was the restaurant that violated our agreement, not us. The full amount was refunded only after the dispute. At the same time, the employee at the checkout was also indignant: "And who will answer?" It's a pity, because the place itself is beautiful, new, and cozy. But a beautiful interior is worthless if the administration allows itself to unilaterally change the booking conditions, without even considering it necessary to warn the guests. It's worth considering whether to trust this place with your holiday. Our family's acquaintance with Hadiyyah ended in great disappointment. I don't recommend it.
