terrible service, we spent about a hundred rubles. The coffee is bitter, and the potatoes are raw, as if they were soaked in yesterday's butter. the chicken is raw again, the mood is already ruined for the whole day. Not only do they start working at ten, but they still couldn't come out and serve us for 15 minutes, even though they saw us perfectly. thank you for making the order quickly, but it was so disgusting that then I had to go to another place and try to kill the terrible taste. We'll never come here again, the mall itself is associated with wonderful memories, but this KFC is terrible. They ate better in other places. Sorry for the rest of the money. employees do anything not to serve even the same place, they wash it and pretend that they have nothing to do with it. this does not apply to all networks, but to this particular place, the mood is terrible.

The toilets are clean, there is paper, the kiosk always gives out receipts, the food is warm if you pick it up right away, it's delicious, the drinks were given correctly, the tables are clean. The staff is very cool, smiling, positive, and we waited about 40 seconds for the order. Atmospheric atmosphere, beautiful Christmas trees.
