I ordered milkshakes, unfortunately, it was just milk, milkshakes are usually very thick, the consistency is very thin, and there was no taste of malt-nutty. After being asked to redo the order, the employee handed it over without a single word, no apologies, no clarification as to whether everything was fine. I don't recommend it.

I just came to have a snack, in a good mood, but such behavior on the part of the management made a very unpleasant impression. The young employee looked confused and even burst into tears — it was hard to watch. I ask you to pay attention to such cases and to work with the staff so that such situations do not occur. Respect and a calm atmosphere are an important part of the service that people choose your establishments for.

And the most important thing is that this restaurant completely refutes the true meaning of the word "fast food" because your small order, at best you will wait at least 15 minutes when the queue on the monitor will not exceed more than 3 orders. The team is inattentive, very often skips positions in the order. The sanitary minimum is crying for this restaurant. Believe me, there is something to compare it with, especially considering the fact that he himself worked in a fast food restaurant. You don't need to be a professional to understand that sandwiches and potatoes are made here for a plus (who knows, he will understand), and then just waits for his "star" hour. At the exit, we have standard prices for certain positions and combos, but when it comes to eating ... here you have to personally ask potential buyers to try "this", and not for the stated price, but for free. If this restaurant chain is a favorite of many in Minsk, then in Lida I would go here last of all.
