Probably because half of the menu was missing. Not a single combo, we had to order everything separately. When it was our turn, it turned out that there was no shrimp roll. They immediately said to replace them with chicken ones. I had to sort through all the combos and make orders individually. There were no selected items on the board, to which the cashier said that the order was large and half was not reflected. We paid, and went to wait. As a result, it turned out that she did not break the rolls at all, although it was discussed several times. The French fries were not even warm, but cold. There's only one toilet, and there's a queue there too.
