The worst kfc branch, officially. EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE. The self-ordering terminal chewed the receipt because it was poorly closed. There is one toilet and it is combined - for disabled people, women and men - it is one toilet. There's dirt in the toilet. I ordered a small combo. As a result, my order was simply forgotten. I waited 15 minutes for an order for a combo with a Junior twister. Apart from "well, I'm sorry," which was said as stiffly as possible, they showed no interest in the problem. The potatoes turned out to be cold and terribly salty, there was almost no syrup in the drink - water and a drop of syrup. I will never come here again, and I advise everyone to avoid this place.

The managers and the receptionist also said that the guard was right. In the end, the manager waved his hands at us, saying, get out if you are so principled. It would not be difficult to remove it if we were politely paid attention to it. But to clean up under the pressure of threats, and "according to concepts" is already too much. The food is delicious (they took a boxmaster), they asked without sauce - they brought it with sauce, but they replaced it at the request and apologized. Extremely contradictory impressions about the service of the institution.
