The employee was on the phone for half an hour while I was trying to place an order through the terminal. It turned out that the payment would not go through because the Kaspiy terminal was not connected. I decided to place an order at the checkout, waited a long time until a person came up and accepted the order. It was time to pay for the order, and the employee began asking for my personal phone number to take it to the terminal. There was no queue, but the order was waiting for 20 minutes. The coke was given without ice and, of course, without a glass, in a bottle. What a horror!
