They don't know Russian from the word at all. They can't read it through a translator or they don't want to. They don't pay attention to Russians at all. They don't even want to help you figure out how to place an order. The order itself is made via a QR code. Accordingly, this is unrealistic on our phones. The order is not accepted at the checkout, only through the app. We looked at what burgers look like from Chinese people who successfully purchase food. There is no comparison with our CFS. It's just a bun and something like a cutlet sticking out. No real greens, no vegetables. A drop of sauce, a slice of cucumber. They work without gloves. It's good that I didn't manage to eat there.
