Sometimes I stop by. It is profitable to buy with coupons, however, French fries are always salty. Burgers are often cold and there's not enough sauce, so they're a little dry. The waiting time is standard. The order screen is poorly configured, it is not clear when it is ready.

The order is packed only in a paper bag. During delivery, the package gets wet, spreads, and the contents of the package fall out. That's how to get it into the hands of the recipient? The recipient makes claims to the deliverer that the order was delivered in a damaged condition. Although it's not the fault of the delivery guy. Moreover, this happens at all KFC outlets. When I ask why it can't be additionally packed in a plastic bag, they answer: in order to save money. But, to be fair, it should be noted that this happens in many other restaurants and cafes that accept delivery requests. Here you can learn how to pack in Papa Doner. The order is placed in a paper bag, then in a plastic bag, and then everything is put in another plastic bag. With cups of drinks, it's even worse. They don't close the lids tightly, they put them in a paper bag, or they give them away anyway. As a result, the contents of the cup are spilled and everything is wet again. I would like to ask: why do you feel sorry for 10 kopecks for a plastic bag? And remember the phrase: a miser pays twice. In other words, if you receive complaints, you will be denied access to orders. Or doesn't it bother you? And you don't care about your own image? Apparently, yes. And for the deliverers, a small wish: require that the order be packed properly. Otherwise, you will be responsible for everything yourself to the recipient.
