I have been to this restaurant many times and I can say that it is located quite conveniently, there are many shops and metro nearby, so if you need to stop by for a snack, then this is a good choice. The problem is common, but still: to order three items at the kiosk, you need to tap 80+ times on the screen, since I offer sauce/pie/drink for each item. If I want to, I'll choose what I need, that's why it's a kiosk, not a cash register. I'm tired of the constant spam. To begin with, I ordered a burger where the buns were completely cold, not even warm, but as if from the refrigerator. The second chicken was spicy, but I didn't specify that it should be spicy when I made the order. And the third thing was that the packaging was dirty and covered in sauce. It is not very pleasant to unwrap the cake on which the sauce and the remains of the salad are. Fortunately, everything was OK with the potatoes. In general, the service is roughly speaking not very good.

Apparently, there are not enough staff in this institution, and one person punches orders and collects them, sometimes being distracted by clarifying relations with visitors :) Waiting for your order of two burgers and two fries for about an hour is a lot!

The potatoes are as if they were lifted from the floor — cold, greasy and absolutely tasteless. The strips are dry, as if they have been warmed up three times in the microwave. As a result, I came up with a request to cancel the order, because they apparently did not start cooking and it is unclear when they will start, but I am late! I was refused to cancel the order, and they said that they had started to collect the order... in the end, after waiting a little longer, I finally received my order… I indicated one thing in the beginning, and another in the end… There is nowhere to sit in the restaurant itself, there are few people, but no one cleans the tables from the trays and drinks. As a result, you have to eat among the sticky table and a pile of crumbs, pieces of paper… Even the floor seemed to have been cleaned last year, covered in food, sauce and sticky drinks ... It's unclear why the employees don't keep an eye on the hall and it's unclear what kind of mess is going on in the kitchen! They don't even give you trays to put on dirty tables, they give you packages regardless of how you ask for an order. I got the most NEGATIVE experience from ordering at this restaurant!
