The food is delicious, cheap and everything is good. I would put all the five stars, but there is one problem: delivery. Specifically, every time I order a cup of Pepsi, the delivery men always spill it, sometimes too much of it. And I understand why: they have to drive either on a scooter or a bike or a motorcycle. Like it feels that there is always a 1/1000000000 chance they will ever send you a car, safe for my cola car.

Today we had the worst delivery service with this restaurant 😔 We ordered at 18:30 and our delivery should be delivered within 35 minutes but it didn't come on time ,even 30 more minutes passed and they didn't respond properly. I don't recommend this service to those who are ordering delivery 🚚

Recently, my friends and I decided to go to KFC, and it was just great! From the very entrance, I liked the cleanliness and comfort — everything is neat, modern and comfortable. The staff greeted us with a smile, and the order was accepted quickly and without queues. I was especially pleased with the speed of service: our order was prepared in just 5 minutes! It was unexpectedly fast, considering that there were a lot of visitors. Everything was served hot and delicious, just like in the picture. The food turned out to be very tasty: juicy chicken with a crispy crust, fresh drinks, aromatic sauces and fresh side dishes. My friends and I were well-fed and satisfied! The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous — really enough to eat. KFC always pleases with its quality and atmosphere, but this visit was especially memorable — everything was at the highest level! I will definitely come back here again and I advise everyone to try it.

5 out of 5! It was cooked quickly, and most importantly, it was delicious! Better than in Russia. The food is juicy and full of flavor. Pleasantly surprising, compared to the Russian KFC. About the institution: a two-story building that combines national flavor, American inscriptions (apparently a reference to the place of establishment of the institution) and Russian music from different times. The hall is clean. It's a good place, I recommend it.

The worst service you can find in the city. No customer orientation. Yes, I understand that this is fast food, but the staff should be kinder and do their job efficiently. Plus, they just didn't report part of the order. This is a gross mistake that shows the negligence of the staff and simply discourages the desire to visit this institution. I think it's worth keeping silent about the quality of the food, since no KFC restaurant in the world has such a flawed taste of chicken. It feels like 11 herbs and spices have been added to it, at best.

There are a lot of employees, but in fact they create unnecessary noise instead of operational work:( The building itself is unusual, stands out from the others. We ordered wings from you 2 times for delivery, and all 2 times we brought them completely cold and cooled down, as if they had been standing for a long time. Today we came to your branch ourselves and asked for hot tips. At first they gave us cold ones again, we returned them, changed them to hot ones, but the breading was very thick and tasteless. The food at the Family Park branch is much tastier, always hot and juicy. Please control the quality as much as possible, we do not pay for it for free.

I waited at the counter for 20 minutes, although they told me 5-7 Minutes and that's it, they even called through the microphone that my order was ready, but in the end it wasn't!! And I ordered with myself, and they didn't give me fries!!! Is this normal at all? ( There weren 't even many people. I also note that the orders that were given after mine were returned , although I showed the order number . Disappointed! I want to note that the girl at the counter who prepares orders worked to the maximum, but for such work, putting one person is at least not normal, although there are two people at the checkout where orders are accepted!?
