When visiting the store, we shouldn't have announced that we had a gift certificate, they talked to us in the style of "we received money from you, don't take it out." Thank you)). It didn't spoil our mood). But! - they went further: they refused to purchase our certificate (purchase for 800rubles), arguing that we had not selected the entire amount (despite the legislation, information at the checkout) and this was due to a critical lack of sizes (90% of the models we liked were not available in medium sizes, only large or small ones). The consultant talked with the director for a long time, deciding whether to let us use the certificate (!). After that, the director asked us to hand over the phone to us and threatened us with responsibility for trying to exercise their civil rights without a single insult (what?!! - it turns out that in order to benefit, you need to force the customer to buy something that he does not need, put him in a desperate situation, manipulate and then assign blame?) Were regular customers of the store, but shopping should be enjoyable. Conclusion: if you don't want to bring real stress to your friends, colleagues, and family, don't give this store's certificate.

As a result, after such communication, I decided to leave and not come back. There is a very nice young girl in this store who is always nice to buy something from. The Dana Mall also provided excellent help with the selection and purchase of high-waisted trousers. It was important to figure out what the problem was, but I asked something wrong, because I'm not in a hurry to draw a conclusion right away, and I asked several people why this employee at Keyman was behaving like this. It turns out that with everyone, it doesn't matter where the information comes from. Just a request to send this woman anywhere but away from the Keyman store. I would never buy anything from such an employee, the employee is the face of the company. Draw your own conclusions. I would just fire and not spoil the reputation of the store, I just recruited a fresh person with a desire to sell and the ability to communicate, after that I don't want to go to Nemiga again with the risk of seeing it. I will post my review not only here. There are no questions about the clothes, the quality is amazing, all the purchases made from you are pleasing today.

Of the minuses, rather, these are wishes, to try to expand the line of clothing by price and quality category, that is, to offer a choice of the same name, but of different quality and price. For example, golf in the composition of cotton acrylic for 119-139r and golf in the composition of cashmere, cotton,acrylic at a price of 150 rubles, would be a good solution. However, the price of golfa cotton acrylic is clearly overstated at this moment. Another example: Gloves price 120-140r, higher quality tailoring is required for this money, the leather is not bad but not of the best quality for this money, even if compared with the Belarusian "accent" of the highest quality for 110-128r. Kaman gloves lose, not to mention that you can pay 70-80 rubles and buy already top quality from ecco (Denmark). There is no limit to perfection, we are working on a brand designer according to the line and control the market according to the price-quality offer.
