A 2-day tour around Issyk-Kul with overnight stay in a yurt and horseback riding to the waterfall. What I liked: - a large number of interesting places along the way, which would take a lot of time and effort to arrange on your own; - yurt camp; - horses; - reasonable price. What didn't you like: - broken roads in places, repairs, shaking along the way; - dirty toilets, except in public catering places. What can be improved: - insufficiently coordinated interaction between the guide and the driver, due to which disagreements were observed in places and the rush mode was activated; - there weren't enough stories along the way, for the most part we drove in silence.

This is the first time we have collaborated with this agency. They work very hard, the managers answer any questions very quickly, send you programs and are ready to help with everything. The guys have an extensive selection of tours for little money, which makes it possible to see Kyrgyzstan in peace, which is also a huge plus. We took a horse riding trip, a 1-day tour. The impressions were bad, I would not repeat it again, and those who have never ridden a horse at all, I do not recommend it at all. 1) unsafe: - a 10-second briefing "right, left, br, chu" and let's go. The seats were not adjusted for the height of each person, which made the trip uncomfortable for some people, and their knees and backs hurt due to the inconvenience. - there were a lot of people, they brought 2 groups of 17 people, 34 people + 4 people watching. This is a huge disadvantage, because there are a lot of people, you are not always under supervision, a horse can sometimes take you to another place or start behaving unexpectedly and those watching do not look at anyone, they walk by themselves, Because there are a lot of people, horses often crowded right next to each other, it was hard to separate them, you can it was like hitting my foot, in my case the horse bit me a little while it was eating, but I couldn't take my foot away. - the horses absolutely did not obey, they obeyed only when the onlookers started shouting at them or hitting them.. This was confirmed by many participants who were on the tour, that they were also not obeyed. 2) there were no beautiful views - steppe, rocks, everything is yellow, nothing impressive 3) in the second half of the tour, I just wanted to get back as soon as possible, because I didn't know what else my horse would do. 4) then you are taken to a tea party, where you still need to pay extra for tea, even though it's a small thing, you need to write about it in the tour program. In general, I don't see any point in this at all, they bring you to the highway with cafes where there is no special flavor, it would be better if they had already taken you to the train station, because everyone is tired. If you really want to ride horses, you can go through any agency or guide. I think horse riding will be the same everywhere in Kyrgyzstan. My recommendation to the organizers: - reduce the number of people in 1 day for the sake of safety - Adjust the seats for each participant, it takes 20 seconds. - to remove this tea, it is better for people to add carrots for an additional fee and so that people can feed their horses - add an excursion part, tell about the nomadic way of life in those days, tell how it is now, give at least some information about the country to tourists
