We visited the Catch Up restaurant and it was an amazing experience by all standards. The place is characterized by its wonderful atmosphere, elegant decorations, and comfortable sessions that make you want to stay longer. The quality of the food was excellent and the flavors were rich and elaborate. What made this visit really unique and special was the level of professional service and warm welcome we received, specifically from the two wonderful employees: Kseniia: She was distinguished by her permanent smile and cheerful spirit, and she was very keen to meet all our requests quickly and with extreme accuracy. Nastya: She added a touch of tact and high professionalism to the service, and she was very kind in her treatment and help us throughout the evening. Thanks to Kseniia and Nastya, we felt like special guests and not just customers. Their beautiful spirit and positive energy are the main reason why we will repeat the visit again and again. Thank you to the management of Catch Up for choosing this professional and professional staff, and we highly recommend visiting this place!

Had a really nice experience at Ketch Up! I ordered the Original Burger with fries, and everything was delicious. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and well-balanced, while the fries were fresh and crispy. The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly, and overall it was a very enjoyable meal. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again

The food is good, but the service is extremely bad – especially the girl who seats customers at tables. She is very unprofessional and treats customers with a rude expression and poor behavior.

Amazing food and a great overall experience! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the signature burger was definitely my favorite. The flavor was incredible, and I enjoyed every bite. Highly recommended!

It was the worst experience we had in Moscow. We ordered a steak, and it was completely inedible. We were forced to pay the amount before receiving the food because the cashier was closing. However, the shock came with the piece of meat that was impossible to eat. When we asked the manager for an explanation, she couldn’t speak English and was using a device for translation. Her only explanation was that this steak was a cut from the side of the rib, and that’s why the quality was like that. The response was honestly worse than what happened. The manager truly needs someone to manage her.

Security men should be polite to customers. I am a customer at the restaurant and I decided that I will not go there again because of the security men when I came after midnight on June 7, 2025 (he was wearing shorts).
