We've been to CashVille in Borovoye — and this is the worst casino experience. Dealer Anna behaved abominably: Instead of playing a normal game, she made unnecessary comments, made rude jokes, and asked questions as if she wanted to make us look stupid. It looked extremely unpleasant and insulting. We turned to the elder, but all we heard in response was, "Well, yes, she's an eccentric..." Seriously? That is, rudeness is covered up with a beautiful word here? This is an indicator of the real level of the institution. Instead of rest, they received rudeness and neglect. It's just a shame for a casino of this format. I don't advise anyone to waste time and money here.

The feeling that you were being deceived was in the air, from which the visit did not bring proper pleasure.
