The host was very rude to us. He tried charging us a very high price 15,000 Tenge for a 2 person bedroom. Perhaps he thought he could get away with it because we are foreign? We said that this is too high and he became very rude to us. So we left and took our money elsewhere

It's just a great hotel. Very clean, beautiful, everything is new. The host and hostess are very nice people. If you're looking for a place to spend the night, don't even hesitate.
