A woman named Anna is unskilled in her job and is not customer-oriented. My friends and I came for shawarma, we were choosing which one to take. After the shawarma was selected, we waited for Anna's employee to come over and take the order. As a result, she stood at the other end of the hall and screamed: "Will you place an order?" — to which we replied "yes". Anna didn't even say hello when she reached the cash register. They ordered a large shawarma (teriyaki) and asked to cut it into two halves; the employee rudely replied that it was "not legal" and did not bother to say "please." All this was said in an extremely rude tone. After waiting for the shawarma for about 10 minutes, we asked for a complaint book. The employee sarcastically said that we could write a review in Yandex, advised us several times to read the "7th decree" and repeated it. In response, we insisted that they show us the complaint book and that no one conduct a dialogue with it. I come to the conclusion that the employee is extremely incompetent, rude and should not work with people. It would not be surprising if someone spat in our shawarma.
