This is the worst email I've ever seen! I have visited 10 countries and many cities, but I have not met this.it all starts at the entrance, the queues are frenzied, only 1 of the 3 cash desks worked. I came to pick up the parcel, it should be a separate cash register there for 5 minutes. And I've been in the queue for 2.5 hours and there's nothing else.after that, as in the queue for 2.5 hours, you can also see an unhappy face at the checkout.He is rude and generally has no understanding of how to work with clients.
