We stayed in this wonderful place for a week, we liked everything, from the hospitality of the hosts, to the houses themselves, which are homely. The mattresses are excellent, not caked as we wrote earlier, and yes, there is a washing machine, for whom it is important, you don't have to worry. There is Parking for those who have their own car and a very spacious summer kitchen with a barbecue. The location of the cabins is excellent, shops are nearby (you can pay with both cash and a card), the beach is 10 minutes away, there is a cafe on the shore. We will definitely come back here in September, when the sea will be warm.

I heartily recommend this place for a family vacation! The houses are new, stylish, large rooms and comfortable bathrooms (I have never seen such a sink anywhere, it is very comfortable!). The territory is beautiful, well maintained, there are several Parking spaces. We woke up in the morning to the singing of birds and roosters. Shops are within walking distance, near the super cafe "Sunflower". The hosts deserve special thanks for their hospitality and customer orientation! I fell in love with Abkhazia!

We had a family vacation here in June 2025 for a week. I join all the positive reviews - starting with the location, infrastructure, cabins, room facilities, cuisine and ending with VERY HOSPITABLE HOSTS! THANK YOU for your attitude and the soul you put into every guest! I'll start from the beginning - we arrived at 5 a.m., because we booked through the company, we didn't know the owners, we dialed the tlf number that was given in the company. Naturally, the Guram was woken up) he politely replied that check-in was from 14:00, but now a woman would come and check you in. And indeed, after about 20 minutes, the administrator came and we were checked in. The room is clean, the bed is new, cupboards, sofas, curbstones - everything is in perfect condition, no chips, no specks of dust. In the bathroom, from paper to liquid soap and shampoo 250ml each, everything is available! The room had its own kettle, glasses, mugs, and a corkscrew. Sea - 4 minutes at a calm pace, as always clear, the Abkhazian sea! Shops are nearby - you can buy both factory products and eggs, cheese, milk from the breeders of animals themselves. Sunflower cafe is nearby, we went there for lunch and dinner every day. The average check is 1500-2000₽ for three people with wine, hot food and salad. The hosts are very attentive and kind! We went by the owner's car - on an excursion. He told us everything himself, and we don't need a guide) such interesting stories that you won't read in guidebooks and books. The hostess treated me to her own jam, very tasty! They took it later for money + bought wine, semi-sweet red wine from the family's own production - it's just awesome! We were sooooo satisfied with the rest!!! And first of all, this gratitude to the Hosts for their sincerity, help, kindness and hospitality!
